ونسة منصّة عُمانية لحجز الإقامات والفعاليات والتجارب. هذه الصفحة تشرح بالضبط ما الذي نجمعه عنك، وما الذي لا نجمعه، ومع من نتشاركه ولماذا. وهي تنطبق على تطبيق ونسة للمسافرين، وتطبيق ونسة للشركاء، وموقع الشركاء، وواجهة ونسة البرمجية.

١. ما الذي نجمعه

حسابك

اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني، إن قدّمتهما أو أتاحهما مزوّد تسجيل الدخول.
رقم هاتفك العُماني، إن سجّلت الدخول به أو أضفته لاستقبال رسائل الحجز.
ارتباط تسجيل الدخول: معرّف الحساب لدى Google أو Apple، أو رقم هاتفك، أو بريدك مع بصمة مشفّرة لكلمة المرور — ولا نحتفظ بكلمة المرور نفسها.
لغتك المفضّلة، لنكاتبك بها.

ما تفعله على المنصّة

حجوزاتك وتذاكرك: ماذا حجزت، ومتى، ومع أي شريك، وبكم.
رصيد محفظتك وحركاتها.
الأماكن التي حفظتها وتنبيهات الأسعار التي طلبتها.
التقييمات التي كتبتها، والمحادثات مع الشريك أو مع الدعم.

الدفع

رقم بطاقتك لا يصل إلى خوادم ونسة إطلاقًا. تُدخل البطاقة لدى بوابة الدفع مباشرة، ولا يعود إلينا منها سوى نوع البطاقة وآخر أربعة أرقام ورمز (Token) لا يصلح لدى أحد غيرنا ولا يمكن إرجاعه إلى رقم بطاقة.

معلومات تقنية

لكل جلسة دخول نحفظ عنوان IP ووصف الجهاز أو المتصفّح وأوقات الاستخدام — لسببين: أن نلاحظ محاولة دخول ليست منك، وأن يُنهي تسجيل الخروج تلك الجلسة عندنا أيضًا لا على الجهاز وحده. لا نستخدم هذه البيانات للإعلان ولا للتتبّع.

٢. ما الذي لا نجمعه

لا نحتفظ بسجلّ لمواقعك. إذن الموقع في تطبيق المسافر اختياري، ولا يُستخدم إلا أثناء فتح التطبيق. له استخدامان: الأول عرض حالة الطقس لأقرب مكان إليك، وهذا يُحسب على هاتفك نفسه ولا يُرسَل شيء منه إلى ونسة. والثاني قسم «أماكن قريبة منك» في الصفحة الرئيسية: لإيجاد هذه الأماكن يُرسل التطبيق موقعك إلى ونسة مقرَّبًا إلى نحو كيلومتر واحد، داخل الطلب نفسه لا في عنوانه، فيُستخدم لتلك الإجابة وحدها ثم يُهمَل — لا يُحفَظ ولا يُسجَّل ولا يُربط بحسابك. وإن لم تسمح بالموقع فالخيار الافتراضي للطقس هو مسقط، ويمكنك في أي وقت اختيار أي ولاية أخرى وحفظها موقعًا افتراضيًا لك. الخريطة تعرض الأماكن، لا تعرضك أنت.
لا إعلانات ولا معرّفات إعلانية ولا شبكات إعلان من أي نوع.
لا أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع من طرف ثالث داخل التطبيقين.
لا وصول إلى جهات اتصالك ولا الميكروفون. تطبيق المسافرين يفتح الكاميرا أو مكتبة صورك فقط حين تختار إضافة صورة لمكان، ولا يرسل إلا الصورة التي تختارها. وتطبيق الشركاء يطلب الكاميرا لغرض واحد: قراءة رمز التذكرة عند البوابة، والصورة لا تغادر الهاتف — يُقرأ الرمز ويُرسل نصّه فقط.
لا نبيع بياناتك. ليس اليوم ولا لاحقًا؛ وهذا ليس وعدًا تسويقيًا بل وصف لما هو مبني.

٣. لماذا نجمعها

لتنفيذ ما طلبته: لا يمكن إتمام حجز دون اسم يصل إلى الشريك ووسيلة للتواصل معك.
لأن القانون يفرضه: الفاتورة الضريبية في سلطنة عُمان يجب أن تحمل بيانات المشتري وأن تبقى ضمن تسلسل غير قابل للتعديل.
لحماية الحساب: رصد الدخول غير المألوف، وإيقاف الجلسات.
لإصلاح ما ينكسر: سجلّ أخطاء تقني، بأقلّ ما يلزم.

٤. مع من نتشاركها

لا نتشارك بياناتك إلا مع من يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة، وبالقدر اللازم فقط:

٥. كيف نحميها

كل اتصال بونسة مشفّر أثناء النقل، ويرفض التطبيق في نسخته المنشورة أي اتصال غير مشفّر.
رموز الدخول قصيرة العمر، ورمز التجديد يُخزَّن مُجزّأً (Hash) لا نصًّا، ويُستبدل عند كل استخدام؛ فإن استُخدم مرتين أُلغيت الجلسة بكاملها.
تسجيل الخروج يُلغي الجلسة عندنا كذلك، لا على جهازك فقط — فلو تسرّبت نسخة من الرمز فهي ميتة أيضًا. وحذف الحساب يُلغي كل جلساته.

٦. إلى متى نحتفظ بها

ما دام حسابك قائمًا. وعند الحذف يُمحى كل ما سبق، عدا ما يلي ولأسبابه:

الفواتير الضريبية والحجوزات المرتبطة بها — يفرضها النظام الضريبي العُماني، ويُستبدل اسمك فيها.
تقييماتك تبقى على المكان بلا اسمك؛ يعتمد عليها غيرك.
محادثاتك مع الشريك أو الدعم بلا اسمك، كسجل لأي نزاع.

٧. حقوقك

أن ترى ما لدينا وتأخذ نسخة منه — راسلنا ونرسلها إليك، وشاشة «الخصوصية والبيانات» في التطبيق تفتح لك الرسالة جاهزة.
أن تصحّح ما هو خاطئ — من صفحة حسابك.
أن تحذف حسابك — من التطبيق: الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، ويسري فورًا. التفاصيل كاملة في صفحة حذف الحساب، وهي متاحة دون تثبيت التطبيق.
أن توقف رسائل واتساب — بالردّ على أي رسالة منّا بكلمة «توقف» أو «إلغاء» (أو STOP)، ويسري ذلك فورًا. وللعودة اكتب «ابدأ».

٨. الأطفال

ونسة ليست موجّهة لمن هم دون الثامنة عشرة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إن وصلنا حساب لطفل حذفناه.

٩. تغييرات هذه السياسة

إن تغيّر شيء جوهري — بيانات جديدة نجمعها أو جهة جديدة نتشارك معها — نُحدّث التاريخ أعلى الصفحة ونُعلمك داخل التطبيق قبل أن يسري التغيير.

Wansah is an Omani platform for booking stays, events and experiences. This page says exactly what we collect about you, what we do not, and who it is shared with. It covers the Wansah traveller app, Wansah Partners, the partner website and the Wansah API.

1. What we collect

Your account

Your name and email address, if you give them or your sign-in provider passes them on.
Your Omani mobile number, if you sign in with it or add it to receive booking messages.
The sign-in link itself: your account identifier at Google or Apple, your phone number, or your email with a hashed password — never the password itself.
Your preferred language, so we write to you in it.

What you do on the platform

Bookings and tickets: what you booked, when, with which partner, for how much.
Your wallet balance and its movements.
Places you saved and price alerts you asked for.
Reviews you wrote, and messages with a partner or with support.

Payment

Your card number never reaches a Wansah server. You enter it with the payment gateway, and all that comes back to us is the card brand, the last four digits and a token that is worthless to anyone else and cannot be turned back into a card number.

Technical information

For each sign-in session we keep the IP address, a description of the device or browser, and the times it was used. That exists for two reasons: so we can notice a sign-in that is not you, and so that signing out ends that session on our side too, not only on the device in your hand. It is not used for advertising or tracking.

2. What we do not collect

We keep no record of your location. Location permission in the traveller app is optional and used only while the app is open, for two things. The weather for the place nearest to you is worked out on your phone itself, and nothing of it is sent to Wansah. “Near places” on the home page does send your location to Wansah, rounded to about 1 km and inside the request rather than its address, to find the places near you; it is used for that one answer and then discarded — never stored, never logged and never linked to your account. If you do not allow location, the default for the weather is Muscat, and you can choose any other wilayat at any time and save it as your default. The map shows places, not you.
No advertising, no advertising identifiers, no ad networks of any kind.
No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in either app.
No access to your contacts or microphone. The traveller app opens the camera or your photo library only when you choose to add a photo of a place, and sends only the photo you pick. The partner app asks for the camera for exactly one thing — reading a ticket's QR code at the gate — and the picture never leaves the phone; only the decoded text is sent.
We do not sell your data. Not now and not later; that is a description of what is built, not a marketing promise.

3. Why we collect it

To do what you asked: a booking cannot happen without a name reaching the partner and a way to reach you.
Because the law requires it: an Omani tax invoice must carry the buyer's details and stay in an unalterable series.
To protect the account: spotting an unfamiliar sign-in, ending sessions.
To fix what breaks: technical error logs, kept to the minimum.

4. Who we share it with

Only with those needed to run the service, and only as far as needed:

5. How we protect it

Every connection to Wansah is encrypted in transit, and a released build of either app refuses an unencrypted one.
Access tokens are short-lived. The refresh token is stored hashed, never in the clear, and is replaced on every use — used twice, the whole session family is revoked.
Signing out revokes the session with us as well as on the device, so a copy of the token that escaped is dead too. Deleting your account revokes every session it has.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. On deletion all of the above is erased, except the following, and for these reasons:

Tax invoices and the bookings behind them — Omani tax law requires them; your name is replaced on them.
Reviews you wrote stay on the venue without your name; other travellers rely on them.
Messages with a partner or support, without your name, as the record of any dispute.

7. Your rights

See what we hold and take a copy — write to us and we send it. The app's Privacy & data screen opens the email for you.
Correct what is wrong — from your account page.
Delete your account — in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. It takes effect immediately. The full detail is on the account deletion page, which is reachable without installing anything.
Stop WhatsApp messages — reply STOP or CANCEL to any of them (توقف and إلغاء work too) and it takes effect at once. Reply START to turn them back on.

8. Children

Wansah is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a child's account reaches us, we delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If something material changes — new data collected, or a new party it is shared with — we update the date at the top of this page and tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
